The Short Version

Our Privacy Policy is very simple and straightforward.

We respect you and your privacy. Goal Click collects some personal information in order to fulfil your orders, reply to messages, and keep you updated with Goal Click news and products. We will not, under any circumstances, trade, give out or sell your information (including name and email address) to anyone. 

Also, no one outside of Goal Click will have access to your data. The only exception to this rule is if we are required by law to grant access to an individual in the process of an investigation.

This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information relating to the potential and existing users or customers of Goal Click (“Goal Click”, “we” and “us”).

Goal Click Limited is an UK company with registered company number: 10135662 and whose registered address is 37 Theydon Grove, Epping, Essex, CM16 4PX, United Kingdom.

This privacy notice also sets out the legal basis on which we are permitted to process your personal information, your rights in respect of our use of your personal information, how you can verify what personal information is collected by us, and how you can request that we delete, update or transfer it.


When you purchase something from our shop, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. We may send you emails about our shop, new products and other updates.

When you browse our shop, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.


How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for or collect your personal information for a secondary reason, such as sending you newsletters and other marketing materials about Goal Click products and services which we think you might be of interest to you, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from our email marketing. We will always inform you why are receiving communications from Goal Click.

How do I withdraw my consent? 

You may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, or for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us as detailed below.

You can opt-out of receiving promotional and marketing communications at any time, either by using the unsubscribe method in the message, or contacting us as detailed below.


Under UK data protection law, you have certain rights in respect of your personal information, including the right to access, correct, and in some cases delete your personal information. As set out above, you can object to receiving marketing from us at any time. 

If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us as detailed below. We will respond to any requests in accordance with the law, and so please note there may be circumstances where we are unable to comply with your request (for example, in order to protect the privacy rights of a third party).

Our online shop is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 

Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application.

They store your data on secure databases protected via a variety of industry-standard access controls. Secure passwords, SSL encryption, disk-based encryption, firewalls, and other measures are in place that helps them to protect your data. However, no company, including Squarespace, can fully eliminate security risks associated with the transmission of personal information through online transactions, and you do so at your own risk.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.  

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.  

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

Once you leave our shop’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy.

Squarespace uses third party payment processors to assist it in processing your personally identifiable payment information securely. Such third party processors’ use of your personal information is governed by their respective privacy policies which may or may not contain privacy protections as protective as this privacy policy. When you click on links on our shop, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.


If you post any Comments or User Content on the Website, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you choose to provide there may be read, collected, or used by other users of the Website, as well as other third parties. We are not responsible for the information you choose to submit in these forums. We cannot guarantee that other users have not made copies of and/or will not use such information outside of the Website. We are not responsible for information you choose to post on our website.


To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our shop is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
