We are here to build deeper understanding of people and cultures through storytelling in sport.

This is our Vision. It inspires the stories we tell, the partners we work with, the way we support storytellers, and the decisions we make.

As a social business, we aim to create meaningful impact while building a commercially sustainable organisation that can keep putting this Vision into practice over time.

For us, impact does not sit on the side of the business. We aim to build a model where meaningful impact and commercial sustainability strengthen each other, giving us the stability, independence, and creative freedom to tell stories we believe matter.

We focus our impact in five areas.

Storytellers and communities first.

Our storytellers are at the heart of Goal Click.

We aim to create meaningful value for the people and communities behind our stories, ensuring they are fairly rewarded, treated with dignity, and supported throughout the storytelling process.

Stories that deepen understanding.

We believe in sharing stories and perspectives that might otherwise go unheard.

Through Goal Click Originals and our work with sport for good organisations, we dedicate time, expertise, and resources to stories that help deepen understanding of people, communities, and cultures.

Responsible partnerships.

The organisations we work with matter.

Our Partner Policy helps us choose commercial relationships that support, rather than undermine, our Vision and values. We assess prospective and existing partners against clear ethical standards, guided by responsible business frameworks including B Corp standards.

Sustainable ways of working.

We aim to minimise our environmental impact through the way we work.

Our remote production model avoids unnecessary travel and removes the need for on-site crews, while our remote team reduces emissions linked to commuting and office energy use. Where we use analogue cameras, we also prioritise cameras made from recycled plastic.

Culture, learning and influence.

We believe deeper understanding starts from within.

This starts with the culture, commitments, and practices that shape how we work together as an organisation and as people. We also want to contribute to a more human sports industry: sharing what we learn, modelling an authentic approach to storytelling, and helping raise the standard for how stories are told and shared.

A commitment that keeps evolving.

We know meaningful impact requires more than good intentions.

We are continuing to improve how we measure impact, support storytellers and communities, assess partnerships, and hold ourselves accountable - making impact more visible in the decisions we take every day.
