Photographer Terms & Conditions

Thank you for expressing your interest in becoming a Goal Click Limited (“Goal Click”) photographer.

Before we send you the Goal Click camera(s) we would be grateful if you could confirm your agreement to our terms and conditions.

Accordingly, and in consideration of Goal Click sending you digital copies of the photographs that you take for us on Goal Click cameras (together the “Photographs” and each a “Photograph”)  you confirm that:

- Goal Click will own any and all rights in and to the Photographs from the date they are created and you agree not to enforce any of your so-called moral rights;

- To the extent that you own any rights in and to the Photographs, you hereby assign (i.e.: give) them to Goal Click (along with all associated copyright) throughout the world for the full period of copyright (including renewals and extensions and including by way of assignment of future rights); and

- Goal Click can use the Photographs in any way it wishes and in any and all media whether now known or invented in the future.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and Goal Click shall be entitled to assign the rights granted to it by the letter to any third party.
