Manchester City US: Our City, Our Stories
In partnership with Manchester City US, Goal Click brought to life Our City, Our Stories - a storytelling series showcasing authentic, fan-led perspectives from six key US cities ahead of the club’s participation in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
The goal was to capture what it means to be a Manchester City supporter in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Dallas, and Atlanta, while deepening the club’s connection with its growing US audience. By celebrating both the individuality of each city and the shared passion that unites the fanbase, the series supported Manchester City continuing to build its brand in the US through organic, localised content.
Released as six jointly branded videos between May and July 2025, the series was published across Manchester City US, Manchester City global, and Goal Click social and digital channels.
Our City, Our Stories contributed to a record-breaking month of engagement on Manchester City US channels, achieving an average engagement rate of 4.65% and generating over 5.3 million total views across all content.
Through first-person storytelling, fans opened up about their personal journeys with Manchester City, sharing how the club has shaped their identity, their communities, and their love of the game. These stories highlighted the diversity and vibrancy of City’s US supporters, creating social-first assets that felt real, raw and relatable to audiences across the country.
Through this collaboration, Goal Click and Manchester City US showcased the power of authentic fan storytelling - celebrating the passion, diversity, and individuality of the club’s US supporters, while driving meaningful engagement and growing the community.
