From Football Fan To The Top Of Mount Everest

Gustavo Ziller

Introducing the “UNTOLD” film series, telling the stories of inspiring Brazilian football fans and challenges they overcome to show support for their teams.

Created in partnership with Betfair Brazil, this first film features the incredible Gustavo Ziller, a superfan of Atlético Mineiro (“Galo”), who witnessed the 2013 CONMEBOL Libertadores victory against Olimpia, before starting a quest to climb the highest summit on all seven continents. On 23 May 2021, Ziller became the first person from his state Minas Gerais to reach the top of Mount Everest, unfurling a Galo flag at the summit. #everyresultispossible

when I reached the summit, the feeling I had was the same feeling I had at the Mineirão at the Final of the CONMEBOL Libertadores in 2013

UNTOLD

During the CONMEBOL Liberatores, we partnered with official tournament sponsor Betfair to create ‘INCOMPARAVEL’ (‘UNTOLD’), a three-part short documentary film series. The films tell the stories of three inspiring Brazilian football fans overcoming challenges and showing support for their team, from the top of Mount Everest to the Brazilian Amputee Football national team.
