Bree flew from Texas to Belfast to surprise her fiancée, Lucy, with WWE Monday Night Raw tickets in London for their third anniversary. Bree thought attending Raw Live would be a memorable way to celebrate, as it was Lucy who introduced her to WWE.
Bree: My name is Bree, 24, from Texas. I work as a pet care specialist at a PetsHotel for boarding and day camp. I recently got into wrestling thanks to my fiancée, Lucy, who has been a fan for years. For our third anniversary, I flew across the ocean and surprised her with WWE Monday Night Raw tickets!
I did not start watching WWE until late 2024, when Lucy asked me to watch the Raw premiere. I was curious - especially about Rhea Ripley - so I gave it a shot. I used to think it was all fake, even the injuries. I wrestled a bit as a teen, so I was sceptical. But that one premiere completely changed my mind, and now Lucy and I could talk about it for hours!
Lucy: My name is Lucy, 20, from Belfast in Northern Ireland. My fiancée surprised me with a trip to London for a WWE event, where we also celebrated our three year anniversary.
I have been a WWE fan since I was a kid, thanks to my older brother. The fandom naturally carried down to me as I looked up to him.
A few wrestlers will always stand for me - Liv Morgan, Rhea Ripley and all of the Judgement Day team. They have become a big part of my daily life, from following their careers and interacting with them on social media to making close friends through our shared love for them.
Next Level
Bree: This was my first live WWE event and the experience was unreal.
I bought the tickets through viagogo after Lucy mentioned wanting to go. The original seat prices were overwhelming, so I checked resale sites and viagogo stood out for its guarantee which made me feel more secure. I also noticed their prices were way better than other sites. Since we have sold tickets there before, I knew it was legit. It was my first time buying through them, and everything went smoothly.
Walking into the O2 was wild - especially after our boat across the Thames was 30 minutes late. We were panicking, thinking we would miss the dark matches, but ended up arriving just in time. The stadium was massive and stunning. Even without ringside seats, the energy was electric. Fans were chanting from the very top rows.
My favourite moment was the surprise appearance of CM Punk in a dark match after the show. He is one of my all-time favourites, so seeing him live made me incredibly happy. As a member of the LGBT community, this constant support means so much. He holds a special place in my heart, both on and off the screen.
Lucy: I had not been to a live WWE event before - only a "house show". In WWE, a house show is a non-televised live event.
What drew me to this one was how close it was and the fact that Raw is my favourite WWE brand. I could not pass up the chance to see some of my favourite wrestlers live.
Raw was incredible. The energy in the crowd, the chants, the performances - everything was next level. It was the final show of the European tour, and the wrestlers truly gave it their all.
Walking into the arena felt surreal. Being that close to people I have admired for years was an unforgettable, emotional experience.
My favourite moment was seeing Rhea Ripley's entrance live. For weeks, her entrance was cut short by commentators talking, so when she was announced for a match, I was beyond excited to see her iconic entrance. With how little she has wrestled this year, seeing her in action meant a lot.
Going to this event with Bree meant the world to me. I had not expected her to be here for our anniversary and thought we would celebrate over the phone like usual. But being together in person - and at a dream event - made this anniversary truly unforgettable and so much more meaningful.
