The FA - Grassroots
Respect The Standard
We are teaming up with The FA to find individuals who embrace positive behaviour in grassroots football in England.
We want to hear your story and learn about your role within your local grassroots club, showcasing how your team and community embrace the FA’s five pillars of Respect the Standard.
We are looking for examples of how individuals and clubs enjoy the game regardless of the result, respect others, promote inclusivity for everyone, work together, and safeguard children.
Through your stories, we aim to highlight how grassroots clubs bring these values to life.
What kind of people are we looking for?
We are looking for individuals from grassroots clubs with untold stories of influencing positive behaviour in grassroots football - from players, coaches, parents, or club staff.
What do you have to do if you are selected to become a storyteller?
If selected, you will document your grassroots football experience via analogue and digital photography, written word, and video content up until the end of 2024.
What do you receive if you are selected?
You will be rewarded for your participation in the project with complimentary tickets to an England home fixture. Additional rewards to the club may be discussed in the future, but are not guaranteed.
