Eintracht Frankfurt

We are teaming up with Eintracht Frankfurt to celebrate the passion, identity, and global community of Eintracht Frankfurt fans experiencing the World Cup from the United States.

Who are we looking for?

We want to hear from Eintracht Frankfurt fans based in the US with unique, personal stories about their connection to the club.

We are especially interested in fans who show what it means to be part of Eintracht Frankfurt’s global community, and how they engage with the World Cup, whether that is watching at home, in bars, with friends, or within their local communities. This is about how the club’s culture, energy, and identity travels far beyond Frankfurt.

How did you first discover Eintracht Frankfurt? Was there a specific match, moment, or experience that sparked your connection to the club? Do you have any matchday rituals, superstitions, or traditions?

How will you be watching the 2026 FIFA World Cup? Will you be watching Germany, the US, or another country with your fellow Frankfurt fans?

We are especially interested in how football connects to your identity, your local community, and your lifestyle as a whole.

What do you have to do if you become a storyteller?

If you are shortlisted, we will ask you to send us a short video submission. 

If selected, you will be asked to capture your World Cup story and connection to Eintracht Frankfurt during the group stage of the 2026 World Cup through:

  • Photography (analogue and digital)

  • Short video clips capturing moments, people, or places that show your 2026 World Cup experience

  • Written story about your fandom and soccer life

You will be guided by Goal Click every step of the way!

Storytellers will be notified of selection by early June. 

What do you receive if you are selected?

As a thank you for your participation in the project, you will receive Frankfurt merchandise and a jersey.

Are there any requirements you must meet to apply?

You must:

  • You must be an Eintracht Frankfurt fan.

  • You must be 18+ years of age.

  • You must live in the US. 

  • You must be watching the 2026 World Cup, whether from home, in the community or in the stadium. 

  • You must be comfortable capturing content on your own phone and the analogue camera provided to you.  

  • You must be comfortable with your Eintracht Frankfurt story being shared on public channels, including the Eintracht Frankfurt website and social media channels.
